Algorythm of article submission

Dear authors!

Due to the changes made to the federal legislation on personal data in 2023, as well as the transformation of the editorial policy of the edition in the field of legal issues, we ask you to send materials to the journal using the following algorithm:

Step 1. Review the Publishing License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).

Step 2. Fill out and sign the Application form for the Agreement if you agree to its terms.

Step 3. Send the materials for publication along with a scanned copy of the Application to the following email addresses:
Ved1_Economy@bsuedu.ru (Sections: Regional and Municipal Economics, Investment and Innovation, Industry Markets and Market Infrastructure, Finance of the State and Enterprises);
Ved1_Informatics@bsuedu.ru (Sections: Computer Modeling, Systems Analysis and Management, Infocommunication Technologies).

* Step 4. In case of a positive decision on the Application, you will also need to fill out the Consent for the processing and dissemination of personal data required for publication of the article in the journal.
